Crown Aluminium Limited is a family owned and operated Company which was incorporated in 1987 and has an annual turnover in excess of £2.5 million. Specialising in the fabrication of windows, doors and curtain walling for specialist installing sub-contractors. Crown is undoubtedly the UK's largest and most experienced fabricator servicing this sector.

The company enjoys excellent relationships with all the major UK aluminium systems companies such as Schuco, Reynaers, Kawneer and Technal who provide high quality fenestration systems to the construction sector. Crown Aluminium actively supports the Council for Aluminium in Building which works to educate and train in the use of Aluminium as a sustainable building material.

In order to maintain consistent quality, Crown are committed to human resources ensuring that all employees are well trained to the latest National Vocational Qualifications. These NVQ's have been recently attained at Schuco's own training school and several members of staff have now attained NVQ level 2 and are also qualified assessors.

Automation
Crown installs a new SBZ-150 elumatec CNC machine at their factory in Stroud making a total of three SBZ CNC machines now fully operational

Further Expansion
A further 500 square metres of factory space has been acquired by Crown on their Stroud site in order to meet demand for future orders

Latest Software
In order to ensure the highest levels of accuracy and efficiency Crown are currently trialling a ground-breaking new software system. The new system allows fenestration contractors to communicate direct to Crowns' production team and help reduce transcription errors
